This detached cottage , facing south, is located in a peaceful hamlet, offering a tranquil setting and all the necessary comforts . Its proximity to Dinan makes it an ideal base for exploring the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.
Everything is arranged on the ground floor for your convenience : a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet . The two single beds (80 x 200 cm) can be joined to form a double bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for couples. A cot can be added upon request.
A 20 m² mezzanine , accessible by a staircase, will accommodate two single beds of 80 x 200, which can also be joined together to form a large bed of 160 x 200.
Outside: private, fenced, south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
