Its proximity to Dinan makes it a strategic location for exploring the Emerald Coast , Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.

The accommodation also includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower , and a separate toilet . The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together for couples (or a double bed (160 x 200 cm)), with the option of adding a cot upon request.
