Located in the former outbuildings of the Château du Comte de La Garaye, this independent residence, facing south, is in a peaceful hamlet , offering a calm and serene environment. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, this gîte is an ideal base for exploring the Pays de Dinan in Brittany, with strategic proximity to discover the Emerald Coast , Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, up to Cap Fréhel.
On the ground floor, the 45 m² space includes a pleasant living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge.
On the first floor, also 45 m², you will discover two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as two separate toilets. Each room is equipped with two single beds of 80 x 200, which can be combined according to the needs of the occupants, transformed into a double bed of 160 x 200. A baby bed, high chair and small bathtub are also available free of charge and on request.
Outside, a private fenced garden awaits you, equipped with a pergola, garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing moments outdoors. For an even more luxurious experience, opt for our jacuzzi, available as an option for €80 per week from June to September.
