As part of our services dedicated to event management, we offer you the possibility of booking our multifunctional meeting room , ideal for various types of events such as business meetings, training or seminars. The configuration of the reception room, with a generous surface area of 45 m² , can be adapted to your specific needs.
The room can be arranged in a U shape or a closed rectangle, providing maximum flexibility to meet your preferences. It has the capacity to accommodate up to 15 people seated comfortably around a U-shaped table or up to 20 people seated without a table .For your convenience, toilets are easily accessible on the ground floor, ensuring a convenient experience for your participants.
In addition to the reception room, we offer you an exceptional setting with a vast pleasure garden spread over 1500 m² . This garden can be made available to you, and on request, a barnum can be installed at an additional cost. It provides an ideal venue for casual breaks, informal chats or even outdoor group activities.
In addition, just opposite the reception room, a sunny courtyard of 400 m² , facing south, is available to your participants. This outdoor space offers a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, perfect for moments of relaxation or outdoor activities.
Our meeting room is available Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. , offering you an extended time slot to organize your professional events.Whether for team meetings, in-depth training or engaging seminars, our versatile space is designed to meet your most demanding needs.
