55 m² gîte , rated 3 stars, offering single-storey accommodation for 1 to 4 people in a character building dating from 1680, annexed to the former outbuildings of the Château du Comte de La Garaye.

Completely renovated in 2022, this independent gîte is nestled in a peaceful hamlet, offering a calm environment and all the necessary comfort.

Its proximity to Dinan makes it a strategic location for exploring the Emerald Coast , Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.

Ease of access is the major feature of this accommodation, with everything being located on the ground floor : a living room, a fitted kitchen, a lounge with a very comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed.

The layout also includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower , and a separate toilet . The bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 80 x 200, which can be twinned for couples (or a large bed of 160 x 200), with the possibility of adding a baby bed on request.

Outside: private enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Welcoming dogs:

· My masters undertake to maintain the gîtes and guest rooms as a "" Good family man "" during their stay (vacuum cleaners or brooms are at your disposal)

· My dog waste will be collected in disposable bags and placed closed in the gray dumpster at DIB

· My owners will keep me on a leash in all the common areas of the establishment, in the parking lot and throughout the ""hamlet of Launay"" which is private

· My masters will never leave me alone during the day inside the establishment or in the accommodation

·I will sleep on my own mat or in my basket. I understand that sofas, armchairs or bedding are reserved exclusively for humans

· My teachers undertake to respect calm in the establishment, including in the courtyard, the gardens and the ""hamlet of Launay"". Particularly in the morning, before 9:00 a.m., take care to limit the risk of barking.

· I will send my civil liability insurance certificate by email and I will present my up-to-date vaccination record upon arrival

The deposit of €500 (uncashed check) deposited on your arrival will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been noted. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if necessary.

Welcoming cats:

·My masters undertake to maintain the gîtes or guest rooms as a "" Good family man "" during their stay (vacuum cleaners or brooms are at your disposal)

· My owners are asked to trim my claws before the stay

· My litter will be cleaned regularly, and disposed of in garbage bags, placed closed in the gray dumpster at DIB

· Any droppings left in the yard or garden will be collected in bags, and placed closed in the gray skip at DIB

· If I stay outside, it will always be in the company of my owners, taking care to respect the calm in the establishment with my dog friends (risk of barking).

· I would not have access to the rooms and bedding.

· I will send my civil liability insurance certificate by email and I will present my up-to-date vaccination record upon arrival

· In the event of damage to the furniture, curtains, tapestries, bedding, sofa, etc., an identical replacement will be required, or the costs associated with the initial restoration by the owners of the animal will be incurred. .

· The deposit of €1000 (uncashed check) deposited on your arrival will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been noted.
